Khadija is a home daycare provider licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC). Her license allows her to care for up to 10 children with the presence of a full-time assistant in her home in Malden.
Khadija has been a provider since 2012 and her license was most recently renewed by the EEC in January, 2018. As a licensed provider, Khadija receives training in safe sleep, childhood nutrition, medication administration and childhood development. Every year she is required to renew her pediatric CPR certificate and attend at least 10 hours of professional development training.

Unlike Care.com, Yelp, or SitterCity, here at NeighborSchools we only partner with Licensed Home Daycare & Preschool Providers. These high-quality small-scale programs allow for better ratios, meaning more individualized attention for your little one. In Massachusetts, all Providers are licensed by the Dept. of Early Education & Care (EEC).
Many parents don‘t realize that Licensed Home Daycare & Preschool is regulated just like center-based child care. The biggest difference is that with Home Daycare your child is in the care of one experienced Provider who is wholly devoted to the children in their program. Children get the individualized attention and continuity of care they need to thrive; you get a more affordable child care option conveniently located right in your neighborhood.
