I have always had a passion for working with children, and after staying home for several years to raise my own children I decided to open my own family daycare. I figured if I can raise triplets, I can do anything! More than ten years later I have learned I was right—there’s nothing else I would rather do. I have worked with all types of children, and building trust with each child and their parents is one of the most important parts of my work. One of my most memorable children was a four-year-old girl, who started off very angry and on her second day ripped the wallpaper off of my wall. When I asked her why, she answered, “Because I’m mad. I’m not a good girl. Everyone is always telling me how bad I am.” I was sad to hear this from such a small child, and made sure that every day she was with me I gave her lots of hugs and kisses and told her what a good girl she was. She changed dramatically as a result. Every day she told me she loved me. With her newfound positive attitude she was able and excited to play with other children, learn, and explore. I aim to ensure every child in my care knows that they are loved, supported, and able to do whatever they set their mind to.
My main goal at Kid’s Place is to inspire kids to do better in life. Everything they do and learn with me will help them achieve their goals in school, be able to work with other kids, and get interested and involved in the world around them. We spend lots of time singing and dancing, doing puzzles, and reading, and I use a curriculum to help them learn the basics like numbers, letters, shapes, and colors. We also take time to practice important information like their parents’ names and phone numbers. When the weather allows we love to spend time outside, playing in my fenced-in yard or taking walks in the neighborhood. In everything we do I provide lots of affection and support, and hope to build a foundation of respect, love, and education in each child.
My home is located in a very quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. I have two designated rooms—one for infants and one for toddlers. Our colorful play area has lots of books, puzzles and toys. Outside is a fenced yard and play area with a picnic table, cars, bikes, and other toys.

“Every day, through engagement in the arts, our children learn to open their imagination, to dream just a little bigger and to strive every day to reach those dreams.”
~ Michelle ObamaHere’s the inside scoop from other parents that have worked with Ms. Carolle.
My family love Kids place. My niece has been going there since she was 9 months. The home is a safe and clean environment. I feel at peace when i used to pick up my niece. Ms. Carolle is amazing and very accommodating to parents needs. She takes her time with each each child and makes sure learning is enjoyable. My niece learned the basic ABC's and learned about different cultures.
My daughter has been going to Mrs. Carolle since she was 3 months and I can’t thank her for all the help she has provided us. The quality of care is unmatched. We both have loved our experience and I have a piece of mind at work knowing my daughter is so loved and cared for while there.
My children went to Ms. Carolle’s for only 1 year. Our family moved to Boston and had to change provider. My children were very sad and talked about her a lot after we moved. I recommend her as a care taker. She is very professional and truly enjoys her profession. Highly recommended.
Ms. Carolle was so wonderful with both my boys. She is a very talented, kind and loving human being. She always did her absolute best to educate and care for my boys and I am forever grateful for her.
Ms. Carolle was so amazing with my daughters and made them feel at home and comfortable. I knew my daughters were in good hands and never had anything to worry about. Highly recommend!!
Daycare rates depend on how old your child will be and what your schedule looks like. 5 days / week might get a slight discount, and infant rates are usually more than toddlers’. Finding a spot also depends on age and schedule because each daycare has a limited number of openings for each age range.

There is 1 home daycare in Lynnfield. Most care for 6 to 10 children and take both infants and toddlers. All home daycares are licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care, just like preschool centers.

Your family is unique to you, but some of your questions might not be. 😉 Here’s what most parents want to know when starting out.
Most first-time parents don’t know exactly what they’re looking for, so we created a simple survey that will ask you questions about your lifestyle, your daily routines, and your preferences for child care. We’ll then share 3 personalized recommendations that we think might be a good fit. We’ll also give you a timeline that maps out when we would suggest you start touring programs, choose a daycare, and pay a deposit to secure a spot. Your timeline is based on when you want to start care - so you set the pace, and you decide when you’ve found the right match.
Nope. Our daycare recommendation service is free for parents. The other half of our business is helping these small-scale daycares with software and services that handle all their administrative tasks, like online contracting, payment processing, and licensing requirements. Before NeighborSchools, services like these were only designed for large corporate child care centers, and part of our mission is to level the playing field for small, independent child care programs. That’s why we picked the name NeighborSchools - we’re all about making child care more personal, more human, and more equitable for the incredible individuals who do this work and care for our children.
Generally, if you’re here, you’re ready. The survey lets us give you 3 recommendations to consider, but it’ll also help you better understand what factors to consider, and what questions to be asking right now. It’s simple things like where you live, your child’s date of birth, when you want to start care, and if you have any preferences around program philosophy or language of instruction. If you’re planning 6+ months ahead, it’s a great way to get started, and if you’re hoping to start daycare in the next 2-4 months, it’s definitely time to get started. Click here to start the survey.
Each program has a limited number of spots for each age range, so we need to know your schedule and child’s age before we can share availability. The survey covers these basics, as well as factors like drop-off and pick-up times to make sure that recommended programs fit your daily routine. Once we know your child’s age and schedule we can share rates and costs as well.
We’re online Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm Eastern.
