Ms. Caitlin

Montessori Approach

My name is Caitlin. I am a wife, and a mother of three and counting! I am currently in pursuit of an interdisciplinary Doctorate at Liberty University with cognates in Health, Religion, and Education. I have more than ten years of experience in a childcare setting and am actively home-schooling my children. One of the best parts of working with children is watching them learn and grow. The work is incredibly rewarding, especially when I think about helping so many children work through their individual challenges and achieve personal gains. It's such a gift to guide the children in my program as they grow.

Ms. Janine

Play-Based Learning

After I had my son, 1 daycare center in town closed and the only other option was a woman who was retiring! It made perfect sense for me to stay home with my little one and care for my community at the same time. I filled right up and have maintained the most beautiful relationships with the children I've cared for and their families for years and years! I have 9 years of experience taking care of young children. . For me, one of the best parts of working with children is watching them explore and discover. I feel so fortunate to experience that every day and to share my skills and experience with families through my home-based child care program, where I focus on learning through play. I aim to create an environment that is welcoming and engaging for the children I care about so much. So many parts of this job are fun, but I especially love to see them start to walk and talk. I can't imagine spending my days any other way. I’m also proud to do this important work. That’s especially true when I think about all the children I've taught.
