There is so much for a young child to learn, and it’s really exciting to help them map their journey. Getting to know each kid as an individual, and guiding them as they find their passion, is such a rewarding experience. Watching them grow into even more incredible human beings and knowing you played a part in that is the reason I love what I do every day. Taking care of children has always come quite naturally to me. When I was very young, my siblings and I started our own babysitters’ club.
